What does your meditation journey look like? How long did it take for you to master the art of it?

My meditations vary. Each depends on what is present for me as I begin. I think each of us “masters” meditation each time we set the intention. Meditation is a practice, not a course to be mastered. As children we are taught (unfortunately) to set limits and strive for perfection in meeting those limits. In meditation there are no limits or expectations.
