To all serious-but-not-professional pianists: what is the one thing that is keeping you from going professional with your skill?

Stage fright? But a person can still play piano professionally as a chamber pianist with other musicians (e.g. quintets, trios), or as an accompanist. I made most of my “piano money” being an accompanist and coach. Now my arthritis keeps me from playing professionally.
