Why when I meditate, do I usually see blue? I can visualize other colors if I think about it, but when I am truly in the zone, I see blue.
How wonderful. Our perceptive brain does unique things for each of us. Some meditators actually use imaging of indigo blue as an entry point to meditation. Why this color? I have no universal answer. Color theorists are usually based on a single culture, but just as each of us perceived color differently, each has a different interpretation.
